水の上でバランスを取り続けることで
やさしいポーズでもしっかり体幹を鍛えることができます🔥

最初はゆっくりなポーズで呼吸を深めて
徐々に体幹を使って動いてみましょう✨
ワクワクドキドキ感と
風の感覚、水の音に包まれて「今」に集中する心地よさを。

最後は、ボードに身をまかせて
波の音を聞きながらシャバーサナ(あお向け)をします。
沖縄の綺麗な海に揺られて
自然と自身が一体化し
極上のリラックスを体験できるでしょう♡

🌊 SUP Yoga on the Ocean

Experience yoga on a stand-up paddle board floating on the sea.
By maintaining balance on the gently swaying,
unstable surface of the water, even gentle poses can help you strengthen your core.🔥

We’ll begin with slow poses to deepen your breath,
then gradually move into core-engaging flows.✨
Feel the excitement and thrill while being fully immersed
in the present moment, surrounded by the sound of water
and the touch of the breeze.

To finish, you'll lie back in Savasana on your board,
surrendering to the gentle waves and listening to the sound of the sea.
As you float on the beautiful ocean of Okinawa,
you’ll feel a sense of unity with nature and experience ultimate relaxation.♡

Everyone is welcome!
✌️ Beginners in both yoga and SUP are welcome – staff will be nearby for support.
🧡 The class takes place in shallow water where you can stand safely.
👧 Suitable for participants aged 10 and up
(same price as adults; must be accompanied by an adult).

※ Non-members, including children
must create their own account to make a reservation.

Meeting Point: Walk to the far right end of the beach where our staff will be waiting.
What to Bring: Water, clothes you don’t mind getting wet, marine shoes
leggings that cover the knees, etc.
Optional: Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen.

Participation Fee: ¥3,500 (advance payment only)
*Please arrive at the meeting point at least10 minutes before the session

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made after 11:59 PM on September 13 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
To cancel, please do so via the “Reservation Management” system by 11:59 PM on September 13.

To avoid handling cash on the day of the event,
we kindly ask for advance payment.
Please purchase a ticket at the time of reservation.

If you must cancel, refunds are possible only if canceled before 11:59 PM on September 13.
Simply clicking the cancel button online will not process a refund.
