🌈 親子でつくる「わたしの色と香り」瞑想アロマワークショップ

心を整え、新しい年を迎える親子の特別時間。

日程：2025年12月28日（土）
時間：10:30〜12:00
場所：Roomy by Studio Garden（沖縄市）
対象：親子（お子様4歳以上）

参加費：
【会員様】プラン1回消化＋￥2,000（親子1組）
【非会員様】￥4,000（親子1組）
※お子様1名追加ごとに＋￥500

👦お子さまのご参加について
・4歳以下のお子さまはクラスへの参加はできませんが、同伴は可能です。
　ただし託児スタッフはおりませんので、安全管理や見守りは保護者さまご自身でお願いいたします。
・参加費には1人目のお子さま分の材料費が含まれています。
　2人目以降については、ワックスバーを追加制作するため、
　お子さま1人追加につき500円の追加料金を頂戴いたします（当日店頭にてお支払い）。


🕯 コンセプト
年の瀬に、親子で“こころの色”を感じる時間を。
香りとヨガ、そして手づくりのアロマワックスバーを通して、
1年を振り返りながら「来年のわたしはこうなりたい」を見つける瞑想アロマワークショップです。

作品づくりで表現する“色”と“香り”は、あなたの内側を映す鏡のようなもの。
完成したアロマワックスバーは、心を整える“お守り”として新しい年をやさしく導いてくれます。


🌿 ワークショップの流れ
① こころの色を見つける親子ワーク
・今年がんばったことを紙に書き出し、振り返りの時間を。
・チャクラの色の話を聞きながら、自分の“がんばりたいスイッチ”を見つけよう。
・「わたしの宝色カード」に来年の目標を書いていきます。

② アロマワックスバー制作
・選んだ色と香りを使って、自分だけの“瞑想アロマ”を制作。
・香りに込めた願いを形にする、癒しのクラフトタイム。

③ 親子ヨガ（30分）
・呼吸を合わせて、心と体をひとつに。
・「ありがとう」と「がんばる気持ち」を感じる、あたたかいヨガ時間。

④ シェアタイム
・出来上がった作品を眺めながら「どんな気持ちでつくったか」をみんなでシェア。
・香りを感じながら、親子で穏やかな新年の準備を。

・年末の慌ただしい日々に“こころの整理”と“ととのい”の時間を
・色×香り×ヨガで、親子のコミュニケーションを深める
・出来上がった作品が「わたしを励ますお守り」に

A heartwarming year-end workshop for parents and children to reflect, connect, and prepare for a beautiful new year.

Date: Saturday, December 28, 2025
Time: 10:30 – 12:00
Venue: Roomy by Studio Garden (Okinawa City)
For: Parents & children (ages 4 and up)


Fee:
Members: 1 class credit + ¥2,000 per pair (1 adult + 1 child)
Non-members: ¥4,000 per pair (1 adult + 1 child)
※ Additional child: +¥500 each

👦Regarding Children’s Participation
・Children under 4 years old may accompany their guardian but cannot participate in the class.
Please note that no childcare staff will be available, so parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
・The participation fee includes materials for the first child.
For additional children, an extra ¥500 per child will be charged to cover the materials for creating an additional wax bar.
Please pay the additional fee at the venue on the day of the event.


🕯 Concept
Take a mindful pause at the end of the year and feel your “inner color.”
Through aroma, gentle yoga, and creative reflection, you’ll look back on the year together and find your “switch to shine” for the coming one.

You’ll create your own Aroma Wax Bar — a colorful, fragrant piece that expresses your inner world.
Bring it home as a “heart amulet” to inspire and support you into the new year.


🌿 Workshop Flow
① Mindful Parent & Child Reflection
・Write down what you’ve accomplished this year.
・Learn about the meaning of chakra colors in a fun, child-friendly way.
・Find your “motivation color” and write your new year’s wish on your Treasure Color Card.

② Create Your Aroma Wax Bar
・Choose your color and scent to design your one-of-a-kind aroma piece.
・As you craft, set an intention for how you want to feel in the new year.

③ Parent & Child Yoga (30 mins)
・Move and breathe together.
・Experience the joy of connection through poses of gratitude and strength.

④ Sharing Time
・Share your feelings and stories about your creation.
・Smell your finished aroma wax bar and feel your own color & scent.
・Take a deep breath — you’re ready to welcome the new year together.

◼︎Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline is by 11:59 p.m. on the day before the event.
Cancellations made after this time, or no-shows without prior notice, will incur a 100% cancellation fee as follows:
・Non-members: ¥4,000
・Members: ¥4,000 (includes the regular ¥2,000 cancellation fee + additional ¥2,000 workshop fee)
