まずはストレッチで怪我予防！自己紹介を交えながらチームメンバーと仲良くなろう♪

動かずして勝つ！？バランス感覚がモノを言う大接戦🌊

④ スイカ割りチャレンジ🍉
グルグルバットでフラフラ？笑いありドキドキの名物対決！

Meeting Point:
After entering the beach, walk toward the far right-hand side — staff will be there to assist you.

What to Bring:
Water, clothing suitable for getting wet, marine shoes, leggings that cover the knees, etc.
If necessary, please also bring a hat, sunglasses, and sun protection.

Participation Fee: ¥500 (Advance payment only)
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the lesson begins.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made after 11:59 AM on September 13 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel, please do so via the \[Reservation Management] page by 11:59 AM on September 13.
