At THEGARDEN’s 5th/10th Anniversary Event,
our instructors showcased a dance performance...
and guess what?
Every move was choreographed
by our very own instructor Kiriko ♡

Even Misaki,
the founder of THEGARDEN
—who's a complete dance beginner
with no sense of rhythm—managed to pull it off!
Here’s why:
■ Most of the movements are based on yoga poses, so they feel familiar
■ Once your body syncs with the music, it’s actually fun!
■ Who doesn’t want a body like Kiriko’s?! 🔥
■ You'll work up a serious sweat
—great for burning calories and boosting your mood 💨

Even if you're not confident about dancing,
you can join in casually and just move your body
to relieve stress and feel refreshed ♡

This special Dance Flow Yoga class
is part of our 3rd Anniversary celebration,
and will be held only four times
across both studios this June!
